Custom Apparel Orders

ChurchTeez provides custom apparel store services for churches, ministries, schools, organizations, and related groups. Many of the items offered through this site are printed, decorated, or produced specifically for the customer or organization placing the order.

Because these items are custom-made, please review all product details, sizes, colors, personalization, artwork, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom nature of printed apparel and related products, all sales are final.

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom apparel unless there is a clear flaw in our work or a defect in the garment itself.

Examples that may qualify for correction include:

A printing error caused by us
A defective garment
The wrong item being produced or shipped
A clear production mistake compared to the approved order details

Issues such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, entering incorrect personalization, or changing your mind after purchase do not qualify for a refund or return.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

Artwork and Logo Submissions

When you submit artwork, logos, designs, or other files through this site, you confirm that you have the right to use and provide those files for apparel production or store setup.

Uploaded artwork may be used to create mockups, product designs, apparel store graphics, printed products, and related promotional material connected to your requested store or order.

We may contact you if artwork needs to be adjusted, recreated, or improved before production.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Square.

We do not collect, store, or directly handle your full payment card information through this website. Payment details are processed by Square using their secure payment system.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before coming to pick up your order.

Shipping

When shipping is selected, orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before submitting your order.

ChurchTeez is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, or other issues outside of our control.

Because most items are custom-produced, turnaround times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, artwork readiness, and production schedule.

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
